Are you interested?  We’re actively seeking to expand our Customer Support Team by recruiting a Client Support Manager with a keen interest in the Banking & Fund Industry and Tech Ecosystem.

Your role will be to contribute to Client Support and Managed Services. We believe in providing every team member with a comprehensive understanding of the business, so you'll be involved in both financial and IT aspects of the role (e.g., help our clients to develop their Data Management, Financial Calculations, Financial Reporting, Automation, etc.). For this, solid trainings are organized to develop your Financial and IT expertise.

Responsibilities

·       Lead client development projects from inception to completion.

·       Encode Data Management and Business Calculation Macros, design Financial Reports and  implement Automations.

·       Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

·       Deliver excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Identify new business opportunities.

Your profile

·       Education: Degree in Software Development or Finance or a related field.

·       Professional experience not required.

·      Eager to learn, enthusiastic, open-minded and team-player.

·      Language(s): English, French is a plus

Modalities

·       Start date: September 1st, 2024 (flexible).

·       Contract: Permanent employment contract, based in Luxembourg or Belgium.
